Once approved, we'll process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

- • UPI: 1-2 business days
- • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
- • Net Banking: 2-3 business days
- • Wallets: 1-3 business days
🏦 Bank Transfers
- • NEFT: 1-2 business days
- • RTGS: Same day (if before 3 PM)
- • IMPS: Within 30 minutes
- • Cheque: 5-7 business days
⏰ Processing time starts after refund approval, not from the request date
Non-Refundable Items
Items That Cannot Be Refunded
🍎 Consumed Products
Any fruits or sprouts that have been consumed, even partially, cannot be refunded.
🎯 Customized Orders
Special requests or customized orders are non-refundable once prepared.
⏰ Time-Based Issues
Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be processed.
🌤️ Weather-Related Delays
Delays due to weather conditions or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds

If only some items in your order are damaged or missing, we'll refund only the affected items.

When cancelling a subscription, you'll receive a refund for unused deliveries only.

What We Consider Quality Issues
🍎 Freshness Issues
Fruits or sprouts that are spoiled, rotten, or past their prime upon delivery.
🐛 Contamination
Any signs of insects, mold, or other contamination in the products.
📦 Packaging Issues
Damaged packaging that affects the quality or safety of the contents.
❌ Wrong Items
Items that don't match your order or are completely different from what you ordered.
