When You Can Request a Refund

  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality issues with fresh produce
  • Delivery failures (after 3 attempts)
  • Subscription cancellation (unused portion)

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Items consumed or partially used
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Late delivery due to weather
  • Refund requests after 48 hours
  • Customized orders

📱 Digital Payments

  • • UPI: 1-2 business days
  • • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • • Net Banking: 2-3 business days
  • • Wallets: 1-3 business days

🏦 Bank Transfers

  • • NEFT: 1-2 business days
  • • RTGS: Same day (if before 3 PM)
  • • IMPS: Within 30 minutes
  • • Cheque: 5-7 business days

⏰ Processing time starts after refund approval, not from the request date

Non-Refundable Items

Items That Cannot Be Refunded

🍎 Consumed Products

Any fruits or sprouts that have been consumed, even partially, cannot be refunded.

🎯 Customized Orders

Special requests or customized orders are non-refundable once prepared.

⏰ Time-Based Issues

Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be processed.

🌤️ Weather-Related Delays

Delays due to weather conditions or external factors are not eligible for refunds.

What We Consider Quality Issues

🍎 Freshness Issues

Fruits or sprouts that are spoiled, rotten, or past their prime upon delivery.

🐛 Contamination

Any signs of insects, mold, or other contamination in the products.

📦 Packaging Issues

Damaged packaging that affects the quality or safety of the contents.

❌ Wrong Items

Items that don't match your order or are completely different from what you ordered.
