  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 6 deliveries per week
  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM

Monthly Plan

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 24 deliveries per month
  • Flexible scheduling available

Your order is carefully packed and dispatched with our delivery partner.

Our delivery partner arrives at your location and hands over your order.

You'll receive a delivery confirmation via SMS and email.

Delivery Requirements

What We Need From You

  • Accurate Address: Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Contact Information: Valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Access Instructions: Any specific instructions for finding your location
  • Availability: Someone should be available to receive the delivery

Important Notes

  • We will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If no one is available, we'll leave the package in a safe location (if possible)
  • We are not responsible for items left unattended
  • Please ensure someone is available during the delivery window

Failed Deliveries

What Happens If Delivery Fails?

First Attempt

If no one is available, we'll call you to reschedule

Second Attempt

We'll try again the next day at a convenient time

Third Attempt

Final attempt - if unsuccessful, items will be returned to our facility

⚠️ After 3 failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery

  • Free for orders above ₹500
  • • ₹50 delivery charge for orders below ₹500
  • • Same-day delivery available

Express Delivery

  • • ₹100 additional charge
  • • 2-hour delivery window
  • • Available for select areas
