Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HealthyBowl's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Our Services
HealthyBowl provides fresh, organic fruits and sprouts delivered to your doorstep through our subscription service. Our services include:
- Weekly and monthly subscription plans
- Fresh fruit and sprout delivery
- Customizable meal options
- Customer support and service
Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
- Weekly Plan: 6 deliveries per week
- Monthly Plan: 24 deliveries per month
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time
- Changes to your subscription will take effect from the next billing cycle
- We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with 30 days notice
Payments
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Payment is required in advance for all subscriptions
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Billing
- Weekly plans are billed weekly
- Monthly plans are billed monthly
- All prices include applicable taxes
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Delivery
Delivery Terms
- Delivery is available within Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Delivery times are between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- We will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If delivery fails, items will be returned to our facility
Delivery Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate delivery address
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery
- We are not responsible for items left unattended
- Delivery delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery
- Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle
- No refunds for deliveries already made

- Log into your account and cancel through the dashboard

User Responsibilities
Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyBowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
